The Community Council of Pyrgos Tyllirias, aiming at the development, progress and beautification of the community, has planned and effectuated a series of projects. Presented below are the completed projects, the ones under construction and the ones that have already been scheduled for construction.  

Completed Projects:

1. Beautification of our village’s square.
2. Renovation of the Church of Saints Constantinos and Eleni by the Holy Bishopric of Kykkos-Tylliria.
3. Expansion of the cemetery.
4. Deepening of the fishing reserve, construction of a dock and a boat-yard.
5. Free student transport to our schools.

Scheduled Projects:

1. Reconstruction of the old warehouses which were built in 1920 in order to be converted into a Cultural Centre and a Folk Art Museum.
2. Creation of a Beachside Community Park.
3. Creation of a sewerage system.                              
4. Gentrification of the Agricultural Health Centre which was built in 1957.
5. Opening of the road block connecting Pyrgos to Limnitis.

Projects under Construction:

1. Breakwaters
2. Construction of Community Buildings
3. Construction of a Multiple-usage Hall
4. Reconstruction of the “Troulli” Medieval Tower
5. Change or expansion of the town planning zones
6. Reconstruction of the bridge leading towards the road block of Pyrgos which was built in 1910.
